A little bit of background

Between 2012 and 2019, SIT Property Development Ltd sold 345 plots of land under the development name Aurea Bois D’Ebène as part of the master project Aurea Living Harmony. An additional 67 plots were sold within the same compound between 2018 and 2022.  

In 2020, SIT Property Developments Ltd fully handed over the common areas of the morcellement to the Moka District Council/Municipal Council of Vacoas Phoenix.
 

Challenges to the Original Vision

The Aurea Living Harmony concept was designed to offer residents an idyllic living environment with well-maintained landscaping, street lighting, and security. However, in recent years, numerous thefts have been reported, attributed largely to inadequate street lighting and neglected landscaping.
 

Formation of the Association

To address these issues and uphold the original vision of Aurea Living Harmony, the Association des Résidents et Propriétaires du Morcellement Aurea – Côte d’Or was established on 19th March 2023 with an initial group of 13 members. The association was officially registered with the Registrar of Associations on 26th April 2023 under registration number 17325. Its mission is to organize and advocate for the interests of residents and plot owners, ensuring a safe, harmonious, and well-maintained community.
