Annual General Meeting (AGM) Mar 08 2025

Dear Valued Members,  

We trust this message finds you well. We are pleased to announce that the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on 15 March 2025 at 3 p.m.

The meeting will be held at Plot E131. Your presence is highly valued as we will discuss crucial matters affecting our community, including updates on upcoming projects, financial reports, and elections for the new Management Committee.  

If you are interested in joining the Management Committee, please submit your expression of interest to the Secretary of the Association no later than two days before the election.

Proxy voting is permitted, with a limit of nine proxies per member. Proxies should be submitted to the Secretary in advance. Kindly note that ONLY members with no outstanding arrears will be eligible to vote.  

We kindly ask you to mark your calendars and make every effort to attend. Your participation and contributions are essential in shaping the future of our community.
